For me, your home is the most important investment you can make in your life. I have a passion for fulfilling untapped potential. So finding a property in need of some scrubbing and updating sparks something big in me. It's even more satisfying getting to live in a beautiful and functional home that you have designed around your specific wants and needs. The thrill comes when you see the return on your investment when you sell that home for more than you even expected you could.

But renovations and moving every five or so years isn't for everybody. I get that. If finding a move-in ready home with an established garden and a breathtaking ocean view is more your style, I'm with you. From fixer-upper to turnkey - I love finding and creating homes you'll love.

We started fixing up our own homes with our first townhouse many years ago. We have learned, collected tools, hurt ourselves and relearned how to do it right while having babies and juggling full-time careers. Originally a designer, Ryan has honed his craft as a contractor over the years including training to be a home inspector. With a wide breadth of background knowledge, Ryan enjoys helping our clients see the potential to find that gem of a property and turn it into something they can really be proud of.

We moved to Victoria from Ottawa in 2019 with our two kids and our three cats.
We love this city and have made it our home. When we're not working you'll likely find us hiking,
SUPing or eating out at one of our favourite restaurants around Victoria. You'll often find us at home cooking and enjoying a nice bottle of red while talking about what our next project could be!
